President

Lynette has over 30 years of experience as an event planner. Having personally planned countless events throughout her career, Lynette has become successful due to her hard work and dedication to the Leave It To LaFever, Ltd. business and family. With her immense passion for coordinating corporate programs in the U.S. and abroad, Lynette has conducted events in over 30 states, the Caribbean, and Mexico, and has built solid business relationships to provide numerous options and solutions for creating specialized corporate events. Lynette is talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about event planning and is always prepared to be challenged with a new venture.

Brittany Jones

Senior Meeting & Event Planner

Brittany has been an integral member of the Leave It To LaFever, Ltd. team since 2013. Her customer service background contributes to her success as a planner. Brittany excels in establishing trusting client relationships due to her innovative problem solving and thorough communication. She is knowledgeable and personable, making her a capable leader among the LaFever team and while coordinating events.

Sarah Lee

Associate Meeting & Event Planner

Based in Texas, Sarah trained with Leave It To LaFever, Ltd. early in her career. She has been around as a freelance event planner for us while working in hospitality, most recently as the Event Director at Lake Tyler Petroleum club in Tyler, Texas. We are absolutely thrilled that Sarah is joining the LaFever Team as an employee in 2022. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and consideration for others contribute to her professionalism and consistency in providing the best possible service to our clients.

April Schmitt

Assistant Meeting & Event Planner

April Schmitt brings over twenty years of marketing, advertising, and production experience to the Leave It To LaFever, Ltd. team. As a freelancer, April has honed her skills specifically in event production and corporate business meetings. Her planning is detail oriented and her personalized and attentive onsite coordination provides an elevated experience for our clients.

Rachel Hampsey

Associate Event Planner & Design Specialist

Rachel first connected with Leave it to Lafever, Ltd. in 2016. Since then, she has gained event experience in the corporate, wedding, and nonprofit worlds. She brings a unique perspective and adaptable skillset to the LaFever team. Rachel would describe her planning style as holistic – balancing form, function, and efficiency with the client’s needs in mind.
